Usually, I don't go with the "mass market" products, but these were too charming not to add to my product mix! Unlike other lines, which are totally over the top & over-decorated, the Kurt Adler Co has come out with "The Early Years" series, which goes back to their basic roots. These perfectly emulate the pieces they started importing in the 1940's & 1950's. Hand blown & painted (in China) they offer very good quality at a very good price.
